Want to get hired by Google ? Think Again…
Just found a nice and interesting post related to how Google recruiters do their jobs when decide to hire someone.Of course there will be a lot of you that can come and tell success stories too, but I think this one is says a lot about the new face of Google.
The story is posted on the Jeff Barr´s blog and if you do a search you can see who this guy really is. So do your homework for interview preparation, work hard to get in touch with all their ultra mega technologies and go to the interview just to find out that your past experience does not matter because they did not do their own homework about you. If you have enough time to read all comments from his post you will see what I mean.
Recently I have read that Google has started to impose to their employees to not come at work with t-shirts having inscriptions which promote competitor companies… When this might be a fair request I don´t think that Microsoft or Yahoo, like many others stops their employees to do this. And if they do, too bad for them too.

I am interested in more information about getting an interview at Google. I have a technology degree but my specialty is sales and they are hiring internet sales team leaders in Ann Arbor. Please email me any suggestions. My blog www.hitemeatgoogle.blogspot.com.
